Showing Someone Else Your Favorite Trail
A coworker and I went running today. He just started running a couple of years ago but has already finished Nashville's Country Music Marathon and is preparing for this year's Chicago Marathon. However, he has never really run technical single track trail. So, it was a treat to take him to my "home trail" at Cochran Shoals.
